General Audio-Visual Information for panels

The conference room is fully equipped with all built-in for teaching presentation technology. Laptops can be connected to the podium directly, or files can be copied onto the built-in PC desktop from either a USB drive or from your e-mail online. It is easy to switch from one to the other in just a few seconds, as well as adjusting for volume and the microphones. The built-in computer has Microsoft Office (thus powerpoint) and a DVD and media player, but not necessarily any specialized software. The presentation technology also includes a built-in DVD player, VHS player, and a document camera projector.

Mac laptops: don't forget your adapters to connect to an LCD projector.

All electronic and digital projection should be no problem at all.
